How much does shipping cost?

Shipping, which is exorbitantly expensive these days, is included in the cost of the print.

Where do you ship to?

I ship anywhere within Canada. Depending on demand, I may or may not be able to ship internationally in the future. If you live outside Canada and wish I could ship internationally, please let me know. It will be useful to know how much demand there is.

Do you offer local pickup?

Since I work from my home studio, I like to maintain some privacy so local pickup isn't possible at this time.

How are prints shipped?

My 8″x10″ and 11″x17″ prints are placed on backing boards and slipped into clear bags with protective closures. They’re then mailed flat in rigid mailers.

All of my prints are sent via Canada Post using their expedited service, which means that a tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Prints are made on demand, so it takes up to ten working days to process your order. Prints are then shipped from the west coast of Canada via Canada Post’s expedited shipping service, so the arrival time depends on your location.

If you’d like to order a print as a gift but it won’t get there on time, please reach out to me and I can provide you with a digital gift notice to share in the meantime.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

As a very small business, I’m unfortunately unable to provide refunds or exchanges. Please choose your prints carefully!
