Flower Spell for Success

$98.00

Common Vetch, Dandelion, Goldenrod, Heath, Hollyhock, and Spirea.

From the Flower Spells collection (see below for more details), this 8"x10" open edition, archival-quality, fine art giclée print is true to scale and is composed of flowers whose correspondences carry the energies of wish fulfillment, determination, rising above obstacles and difficulties, good fortune, encouragement, opportunities, abundance, focus, goal-setting, ambition, fruitfulness, expansion, and victory.

Note: When we think of “success” we often think of wealth and careers and white men in suits, but this spell takes a different view of success. While prosperity and meaningful work are great markers of success, so are other things like getting enough rest, providing community care, or creating and tending a garden.

More About the Flower Spells Collection

Flower Spells is a collection of eight small works (8"x10") with a touch of enchantment. Each one is meant to raise and direct energy toward a certain desire by drawing on correspondences (eg. borage for courage, or pansies for thought) found in floriography (the Victorian language of flowers), as well as the witchy world.

The correspondences I’ve chosen are Euro-centric and reflect my personal lineage. This is not meant as an erasure to other cultures and traditions. It also must be noted that each plant generally has several different correspondences—some even conflicting!—so final selections were made based on my own interpretations and aesthetics.

Whether you think of these pieces as spells, intentions, meditations, or even just little pressed flower gardens, my wish is that they’ll carry a wee bit of magic into the world.
